Good fans for the summer heat?

I need a good fan for the summer since it's getting hot (100+ degrees) and my mom doesn't like turning on the AC since it makes the bill go up and yeah. We do turn it on though if it gets too hot.

I was wondering if there are fans that blow out cool air? Thanks.

no fans just blow air no necesaarily cool air it sucks to be you.....
