Good fantasy trade? ?

Is this a good trade? I get Jon Kitna and they get Vince Young from me.

I think Kitna is a safer bet.  Young disappears all the time.  He is like Vick in the fact that he still has not become a true QB.  He still wants to run too much.  Kitna has great receivers and the new offense should help him by not taking so many 5 and 7 step drops.
