  1. live bearers

    (guppies, mollies, swordtails, and platies)

    1 of each.

they all get along extremely well!!!!!!!!

  2. I have had the following...

3 white clouds and 1 betta and a ghost shrimp

    or

    5 brass tetras....and a zebra shrimp

    or

3 harlequin rasbora and 3 microdanios

You can get away with a little wiggle room on that inch per gallon rule if you have lots of filtration....I use an aquaclear on my five gallon - it can carry lots of "good bacteria"

if you go with guppies, keep all males....otherwise when they multiply you will crash the cycle of the tank

  3. mollies

  4. u cant get much in a 5 gallon but you can get guppies-1 1/4in, zebra danios-1 3/4in, harlequin rasboro 1 1/2in, spotted rasboro 1in,  fire rasboro- 1 1/2in, flame tetra-1 3/4 inch, cardinal tetra- 1 3/4 in, neon tetra-1in, x-ray fish-1in, rember the 1 inch of fish per gallon guide line

  5. Well guppies are good with corydoras if you want a community. You can also add ghost shrimp too and danions. Well about bettas I own two females, three danions and two corydoras and they all live happily in a one gallon tank o_o but im getting a 10g tank next week so yeah XD

But keep in mind guppies like salt in their water and so do ghost shrimp, ghost shrimp are fun to watch only 26c and they clean the aquarium ^^

  6. guppies friendly little things

  7. u could always put 2 bettas in their and have them fight to the death! just kidding, if u put a male in female in their they will have betta babies, u could sell them and make profit! thats always fun! or some bigger gold fish. dont get guppies because they die faster

  8. 3 female guppies + 2 male guppies

    5 male guppies

    basically guppies

  9. gold fish, gouramis. ya go with gouramis there pretty cool.          http://animal-world.com/encyclo/fresh/fr...

  10. Goldfish or guppies or even neon fish

  11. i would say guppy's,they are very colorful and are cheap. They do not need a big fish tank so you're fish tank will do OK with them.they breed like crazy so do not get males and females unless you want them to breed.Get only males if you want them to not breed, males have more color than females,if you get only females they might give birth even with out a male,so be very careful with females. It can get a little over stocked in there if you breed them so get a other fish tank for the baby's.you can get Platte's to if you want nice bigger fish.

                                                 hope this helps,

  12. A betta if you also get him a heater.
