Good fits for the Coyotes with whoever is remaining?

Here's what I got of the line combinations. They are probobly a little off, you know them better than I.

Here's what I got:

Mueller-Jokinen-Doan

Carcillo-Turris-Reinprect

York-Hanzal-Winnik

Fedoruk-Perrault-McGratton

I'm guessing Gretzky is done with the 4th line because he just got a LW and RW. 1st line also looks set. I think he could work on a spot to replace York possibly.

2. Derek Morris     Keep

3. Zbynek Michalek  Keep

4. Travis Roche  Keep

5. Kurt Sauer  Keep, he's GREAT defensively

6. Matt Jones  Drop, get him FAR from Phoenix.

Their defense looks pretty good. Could use another guy. Could look at Pavel Kubina who could be getting traded very soon. Also Ron Hainsey or Jay Bouwmeester could be an option.

Bottom line, the Coyotes could get 1, 2 defensemen in the next month. Maybe 1, 2 offensive men. My feeling is that they don't need to spend a fortune but another GOOD defensemen should help them out a lot. They could use better outside 4th liners though. I don't like those LW, RW pickups the Yotes just did. But they must have a good reason for it. So Howler, expect above average players on the Yotes not so much guys over $5 million.

I see the Coyotes improving, but I still think even if they made a big splash they might have a better season, but I still think they are a year or two out of being a real threat. I think they would be smart to be conservative and see what they really have. and IF they do better than i predict then they will be in good position to make a trade.

Cause there is no worse feeling as a fan than when your team over commits without thinking ahead and you have to shed good players. Gotta leave room for, in 2 years when you are a threat to keep your youngsters.
