  1. Food???  How about drink??  Ireland is the home of Guinness Beer.  No trip to Ireland should take place without at least trying Guinness.  No matter that you may have tasted Guinness previously in the USA or elsewhere.  There's nothing like Guinness in it's natural state......at a pub in Ireland.  Make sure the barkeep puts the little shamrock in the foam on top.  That the crowning glory!

  2. Itsa4 in sandymount.

  3. dublin...like in ireland...? my dad is a pilot and he flys there all the time..but i'm not sure about the food...he says that most of it is nasty.....

    Odessa

    Nicos

    Frank's

    Ely Wine Bar

    Chameleon

    Aya

    Anti Venezia

    Aqua

    Anglers Rest fantastic views

Slattery's good for the crack (not the drug)

Myself, I would recommend Jaipur off George's Street for excellent Indian food. Cafe Topolis in Parliament street for yummy Italian food, and Eden in Temple Bar for fabulous Irish food.

  8. Try Eliza Blues in Temple Bar on one of the Quays.  Great food, friendly and efficient service.

Or try the Boxty House, again in Temple Bar.  Great atmosphere, good old Irish cooking.  Wash down with a pint of Guinness.
