Go to you local Chinese Restaurant.  Some people don't know that they have a complete menu.   Not just lo mein.

Any Italian places are pretty reasonable. Look on the internet for your area. You would be surprised at what you can find. Some list their menus.

And if you don't go Italian, order Italian. And if you don't like Italian, then opt for the restaurants specials. Sometimes you have to ask for their specials.
