My friend is a frosh. Her dream school is UPenn and Stanford. Is this a good start for her?

Introduction to Engineering

Study Hall

She is on a swim team and does soccer. She plans to get involved in some clubs as well.

That looks like a great plan to me. She's got challenging classes and some extracurricular activities. It looks like she's setting herself up for a science-oriented job. If she could get into a club along those lines, that might be a good idea.
