Good fork for 2007 Specialized Hardrock Sport

Comes with RST Gila (they suck).... What would be a good soild entry level fork? I do not have disc brakes.

Something like the Rockshox Dart 3 or maybe the Tora if you want to spend a little more money.  Marzocchi has a few entry level xc forks as well, in about the same price range.  

Most forks don't come with v-brake mounts anymore, but some of the lower-end models such as these still do.  Be sure when you order that you look for the mounting bosses....and if the fork you see doesn't show them, ask the shop to see if it's available with them (it might be).  

Be sure to stick to within 20mm-25mm of your original travel, too.   Hope this helps...good luck!   :o)
