  1. any foundation will work. sheercover is best

    just get a light color!!

  2. clinique is great for sensitive skin. depending on your skin type i'd recommend different types of foundation. generally oily = powder, dry = liquid..but always use a good skin regimen. wash tone and moisturize, no matter what your skin type. the type/make of the foundation is also dependent on how much coverage you want. so if you have alot of blemishes you might want a heavier/more matte look. honestly, the best way to figure out your color and get the best type of foundation is to actually go to the stores. go to MAC, go to clinique, chanel, sephora etc. ask a makeup artist. tell them how much coverage you want, what type of skin you have and your budget and they will recommend types for you. they will even match your skin to a color. you won't get the best answer on yahooanswers, esp with the info you've provided. foundation is one of those things that is unique to every person. also...i wouldnt recomment spray on foundation unless it's airbrushed. spray on doesn't give you much control, a brush will work the best no matter what foundation you use. a kabuki or somehting similar is best for powder foundations and a brush like this http://www.sephora.com/browse/product.jh... is better for liquid foundations. i use that one, and also got it on sale. if youre going to use a liquid foundation i recommend that one..esp since it's on sale for 10 dollars right now. i don't recommend sponges because you end up wasting some product while applying it. they are good to have around though. i always keep a few extra sponges, qtips etc. around.

take my advice and go to a MUA who will match you to your best foundation. even if you don't buy it from the store/booth you go to (i.e. sephora or mac or clinique etc) they'll help you anyways and you can go to the drugstore if youre on a budget and find something similar (when youve found your match put a little on the back of your hand so you can immediately go to the drugstore and match it to something there).

    good luck!
