Good free video recording program for my webcam?

I have a built in webcam on my laptop and i'm looking for a good free program that'll record video from it. Help?!

You can try liteCam, I've been using it for few months to record YouTube videos and pretty happy with it. I've tried several programs, and it works the best for recording short (5-20 minutes) streaming videos.

They have 30 days trial as well.
