Good french or japanese recipes please!?

Question

I really like french and japanese food and I would love to learn some recipes for how to make it for myself. I love to make things and I would love a challenge, too, if you have one.

I have already mastered crepe making.

i am not sure much for Japaneses recipes only one I know my mom makes sometime is this recipe with like small strips of meat similar to one you would see at panda express steamed with  vegetables and white rice.

For French , I grew up more in a French culture so here are some recipes or things you can try to learn

You could start off with something simple like breakfast maybe make a crissoant or french toast through the method of using bread

Then from there move on to lunch ,snacks, and dinner
