Good friend? Bad friend? I need opinions.?

Alright, so I invited her(She's who I'm talking about, and I won't mention her name) to my birthday last may. She used to in the month, kept joking around about getting presants. (i.e. Getting me a cascada CD, which she knows I hate, lol.) When my party comes, she comes in, and she didn't have ANYTHING to give me. (Except a shirt for P.E [which is required] but she RUINED my last one by painting on it. So she pretty much owed me one...) She simply uses the excuse, "I forgot." I mean, if she didn't have money or didn't want to give me anything, I'd understand. But on the day of my birthday, she suddenly forgets...

Now HER birthday comes up in this month of August. After using such a lame excuse("I forgot"), she dares to ask me "What are you getting me for my birthday," over and over... When I asked her what she got for me she said, "P.E shirt!" As I told her many times, she OWED me one.

Do you think she's taking advantage of me? Because I'm pretty sure she is.

Tell her Ya! I'm getting you a gift. and get her a wife beater. You know,it's a mans white tanktop(undergarmet). Then tell her because she likes to paint maybe she can try bling blining it up for herself! Then Laugh! a little laugh and say happy b-day. See I didn't forget! She'll think twice next time she acts the way she's acting. rrrriiiiiiiiggggghhhhtttt!

she sound like a close friend and close friend remember to get you a birthday present on your birthday...but does seem to very nice...theres a person in my year which i really hate and them know it.i invited them and they even got me a present!!!your friend is definitely playing you

yer, just get a better friebd, or if you really like, you should be telling all this to her.
