Good/fun restaurants in NYC for 21st birthday?

So on Saturday 25 of my friends and I rented a limo for my 21st birthday to go into the city and get dinner / have fun. We were looking along the lines of LIPS and / or Lucky Chengs for dinner (drag restaurants). I was just wondering if anyone knew of any other restaurants like this in NYC only. Thanks!

Try The Beauty Bar in the East Village.  They play great music and have a nice dance floor.  The decor is very cool with a glittery ceiling (old 50's style beauty salon look complete with old style hair dryers) and you can get a manicure as you sip your cocktail!!!

there is a restaurant called 21 in nyc....really trendy. Have a great time!!!!
