what are some good games you can go buy at the stores fora christmas eve party because my family is having one tommorw and we went to get cranium but they were all out!!! and does anybody know the game apples to apples.....if so could u explain

Apples to Apples is a great party game you receive 7 red cards and the dealer *each person gets a turn at that too* puts out a green card that has an adj. on it the other players try to win the green card by matching it with a red card. very fun and recommended

there's lots of fun card games that's very enjoyable for family use,

or maybe try chinese checkers (= yahoo name of this game) it's for up to six players,

Apples to Apples is a great game!  We play it with all sorts of groups of perople.  Also, Scatagories (comes in a red box) is a really good one.  In fact if you get Scatagories here is a special insert that we are going to use to play it on Christmas eve this year.  (You would have to buy the game to get it, or if you really want to know, email me and I will tell you how to play.
