I'm 15, not that active (I exercise a few times a week), am 5 ft 7, and like 105+ pounds (tall and skinny basically). Anyways we're running the mile next week in gym and I was wondering what a good goal would be (I'm a very goal oriented person). Although I'm not really in shape I like to think I'm a decent runner. What would be considered a decent time? Thanks!
