Good high protein and other diet/healthy foods?

What are some foods high in protein, low in carbs and sugars to add to my diet so I can try and lose some weight? I need suggestions for breakfast, lunch and dinner.... lunch and dinner are the hardest to plan a meal for especially when I can't cook much lol

  1. The foods that contain the most protein are raw sprouts.  They have more protein by weight than any other food in the world.  Unfortunately, if they are cooked or sprouted incorrectly, they convert back to useless sugar.

    I recommend that you find any book about sprouting for food, and use it to teach yourself to grow some sprouts.  It's really easy, and it's the best thing you could do for your body.  Sprouts are enormous sources of B vitamins, which are the very building blocks of your body.

    Additionally; any raw plant that you eat has enzymes and vitamins that are good for your body.  In particular, avocados and raw nuts have essential fatty acids that are required to lose weight.  The more RAW fruits and vegetables you eat, the more fat you lose.

    *Edit*  Here's an example of my daily menu:

    two glasses of cold water

    two raw bananas, raw pear, small slice of whole grain bread with thickly spreaded raw walnut butter

    two glasses of cold water

    raw red bell pepper, raw yellow squash, hummus

    two glasses of cold water

    boiled chicken thigh, sprouts, avocado

    two glasses of cold water

    big jar of raw kale juice and pineapple juice mixed together, tortilla chips and homemade raw salsa


  2. Eggs are good when you're trying to lose weight.

    Try eating only egg whites, they have no fat but lots of protein.  The yolks have all the fat.

    Breakfast- 1 to 3 Eggs and a piece of toast.

    Lunch- Soup and some fruit.

    Dinner- Some kind of meat with steamed veggies. Nothing too carby at dinner.
