Good hotel to party in Toronto/Scarbrough?

I am having a prom after party.... i am looking for a hotel in around Toronto/ Scarbrough area.... what hotels let you play mmusic and drink but at the same time is nice???

I hate to burst your bubble Kelly, but there are not alot of hotels in any city that will allow a all out no holds barred party in a hotel room, mainly because there are business guest and others there who may want to sleep, and like most they have rule about loud music and drinking after a certain hour, I am a former chef and worked in hotels and like an apartment buildings a hotel is very loud when the noise is coming from one room, and some have balconys and I have seen patrons hanging over the rail and throwing things.

First of all a prom in the sence of High school senior or graduation one you and your friends are under the legal age to drink mostly and to rent a hotel room you must be 19 and possess a valid credit card, they will not take cash, mainly because if there is any damage you would have to pay up, Have fun and enjoy your prom but consider the consequences of a wild party in a hotel room and the finanacial reprocutions
