me and my partner went on chooseaprize.com and ans some surveys, got points for them and went on two short weekend breaks. rooms are free but you pay for a meal and breakfast its worth it,  however you do get loads of emails after the survey thing.

your best bet is go online to low cost beds or alpha rooms they have some good offers

canary wharf, zone 2 on the underground, express by holiday inn. cheap rate for room, clean and breakfast free.

in london? are you joking? ha! try a bed and breakfast but don't hold your breath. this is one of the most expensive cities in the world.

Express by Holiday Inn every time - cheap, clean, free breakfast, great decor, bar & lounge, good staff.
