Good hourly wage for Seattle nanny?

We have a great nanny (for our 2 and 4 year old) and I want to make sure we keep her happy. What is a good hourly wage in Seattle? She works part-time for me. I do not expect her to do any house work, although she never leaves the house untidy. She does the children's laundry only occassionally.
