Good idea for a Catwoman Halloween costume?

I know it's a little early to be planning for halloween but I was thinking about being Catwoman. I have this little black dress that i think would look great with some black tights and lace up heels, but in all of the costumes i looked up online, catwoman isn't wearing a dress is any of them. If i put a cat eye mask on and wore my idea for the costume, do you think it would be easy to identify who I'm dressing up as?

I agree the dress wouldn't fit a catwoman type outfit.  Perhaps if you are going to wear the dress, simply keep things cheap and go as a witch.  Just buy a pointed hat, carry a broom and perhaps wear a black cape.  Very effective and inexpensive.

I think if you get this Catwoman kit, for sure people will identify you as  a Catwoman.
