Good idea for a crome gas tank cover on my dodge dakota???

I have a red 2001 Dodge Dakota. I was just wanting to know some opinions if it would be a good idea to put a crome gas tank cover on. I have no other parts on the truck crome. Like no crome door handles or anyhting else. It would be nice if someone could give me a good picture of a dodge dakota with a crome gas cover, red dodge dakota would be nice. I just want to know what it will look like before I would deciede to buy one.

If that's what you want, do it! Chrome doesn't make it fast,but it does give you something to clean.Without having other accents on it,it seems to me it will stick out. That is, of course, one guy's opinion. It's your truck! Do with it as you will!

Personally, if your truck is devoid of chrome, I would leave it that way. What I would do, though, is get a locking gas cap since gas is so expensive. You can make that chrome if you want.
