Good ideas for a 2nd bday party?

i live in Utah and i am 8 1/2 months pregnant with 2nd baby my first daughter is turning 2 one month after the baby is born and was wondering if anybody had any ideas for throwing a 2nd bday party for my daughter i want it to be special because i dont want her to feel like she has been forgotton since the new baby i can't have it my house and invite family cause no one showed for her first bday party which was thrown at home any ideas any at all on where i could have it and invite a few friends

There are a variety of places you can go i Utah. For an example you can have a birthday party at the treehouse museum. Or if you are up in the Ogden area you can have it an the dinosaur park. You could have one at the Hogle Zoo to. Or any park would be fun. There are a variety of places to have a birthday party around.

Well when the kid is two i would say find a place with a bunch of moonwalks like jump zone.(google it) and invite some kids from yalls block and family and reserve a room and have cake and pizza she would really love that.

I know my cousin when she turned two she would too.

At two most children are not even into playing with each other.  They are the center of their universe, you are staff.  So don't ware yourself out trying to manage a lot of little tots.  Give her lots of things to open.  Not a bunch of expensive gifts just some cute toys in boxes that she can tare open.  Take her to her favorite place to go out.  The one she always asks for when you are out shopping etc... or if the weather allows to a park playground.  Keep it short as her attention span at that age is short also.  An hour is plenty of time really.  This might also help friends to attend when they know it will not take a big chunk out of their day.
