Good ideas for school pep rallies?

Any games that high school students would enjoy for a sports pep rally? We usually put on a little skit of our mascot beating the other teams' mascots at some activity, but no one really gets involved or seems to find it very funny. Afterward, we introduce ALL the players on our sports teams and that gets old REALLY fast. Does anyone have any good ideas for activities or themes for high school pep rallies?
