Good long distance providers/plans in British Columbia??

I am looking for a good long distance provider or plan that enables me to make frequent calls across Canada for the cheapest amount. I live in British Columbia. Any help would be greatly appreciated :)

What is different about this company's voip is you do not need to have a computer switched on just a broadband connection, and their system allows you to call normal landline and cell phones. They also do local/long distance calling, internet and cell phones.

When it comes to long distance calling, 1010 dial-around numbers, Calling Cards, and VoIP are your lowest cost best options.
