Good martial arts centers in NW Calgary (Near silver springs)?

Question

i'd like to take martial arts (not karate) and i live in silver springs.

it's for sport mainly i guess and I'm 13 years old female

Any good places you could recommend?

hmmm silver springs the closest one i know to you is on center sTreet and its a mixed martial arts class!

You have two good options, there is a Shitoriu group at the Silver Spring Community center ran by Gord Besler, I ran a quick search and found this contact info:For more information call Gord at 276-3990

You can also go to the dojo in ranchlands with Rob Richardson:

Both are excellent options, Gord may be closer to you, Rob is more involved in competitions and the Karate Alberta Association.

Other option will be to drive down to the Montgomery Community Center  to the www.japankarate.ca
