Good message boards?

Question

I am looking for a message board that is fun to go to during the day when I am bored at work. Just general topics, and something that moves kind of fast paced. Does anyone know of any good ones?

Yahoo used to have a message board for every top story. If breaking news hit you couldnt keep up with the posts! A 40 post page would move by in SECONDS! I was on there from 1998 up until it closed down last year. Thanks Niel Budde. Goddamned loser.

People complained about "trolls", but it was just regular people letting off steam and having a laugh.

I haven't found any real replacement. If you want to joke around you can visit an enclave of former Yahoo message board posters at http://www.cindysbeentrippin.com Other than that I cant really direct you anywhere else. Theres sites like Digg but I havent found a replacement for the Yahoo boards that had the same spirit of community and wit yet.
