that gives you 40 cards

and hydros swarm for tribute fodder

you could also try taking out thestalos(his effect isn't great)for a grand mole  and or a gillasaurus

i think this would improve your deck alot in terms of being able to summon your monarchs easier

Not bad. 8/10. I would remove the Cyber Dragons and include some more Gravekeepers to complement the Gravekeeper's Spy. Some Attack Boosting spells wouldn't harm either, such as Axe of Despair or Ritual Weapon.

monarch decks are made for tribute summoning the monarchs (of course) so keep in the cyber dragons, use 3 gravekeepers spy, try to get 2-3 spell striker take out the old vindictive magicians, put in a marshmallon and only use 2 jinzos hope this helps =)

whoa man you have a hunk of tributes with hardly and tribute fodder(or atleast not enough).

Loose the thestalos, dekotchi, mystic tomato, and old vindictive magicians.

add in spell striker x3 nimble momanga x3 hydrogeddon x3

add in fissure and swords.
