Good moroccan food?

i have to serve my class of 25 people with moroccan food on tuesday, can anyone help??? any help is appreciated, i need somethin solid, and thena drink, i was thinking mint tea? can anyone tell me what i shuld get and maybe the recipe or a placewhere i can buy it made/? thanks

This recipe is pretty easy:  if you use pre-made harissa & roasted red peppers, it's a snap!

the most famous meal in morocco Tunisia  is couscous or maftoul in Jordan & Palestine

i don't know where u live but try to find any meddle east markets ans ask for maftoul or Couscous, they'll even tell you how to make it

any way u cook it as u cook rice it could be totally vegetarian  or with meat
