I'm going to open a Japanese restaurant in Holborn, London. It will be good size, trendy but traditional nice restaurant.

If you guys have any ideas for the restaurant , please tell me!

It should be easy to call & remember, has good meaning as well.. Leave your e-mail address then I'll give a voucher for the winner!!

Thank you.
