Good neighborhoods in Dayton or Cincinnati Ohio?

My family and I are considering moving to either Dayton Ohio or Cincinnati Ohio within the next year or two. We are curious about which suburbs to look at. We are not rich (ministers, should say it all) but we are good people, clean, no drugs, etc. We are also raising a family, with a pre-teen daughter and an elementary school daughter, so we need decent schools, especially high school. Does anyone have opinions of neighborhoods we should check out when we visit? Oh, we are looking to buy a house for under $200,000 and our research shows that both cities have housing available in most areas and suburbs for that range.

I have a friend who lives in the Wyoming area of Cincy.  Northwest of the city.  It is beautiful but may be more expensive than $200,000.  You should check it out though.
