A recent newspaper report said that 60% of 14 year old girls in Liverpool regularly indulged in binge drinking.

That's absolutely shocking - who's looking after their kids?

I am a secondary school teacher in a deprived area of Liverpool.

Unfortunately I am not surprised by this report.

It is shocking.... but most parents are irresponsible very young adults, have no control over their children and are binge drinkers themselves.
