Good online radio stations to listen to at work?

Question

I'm looking for some engaging radio stations to listen to at work. NPR & books on CD get kinda boring after awhile - also when I'm busy, it's hard to stay focused on multiple tasks. Overall, I like top 40 radio, engaging DJs/talk radio with a good sense of humour (nothing like Howard Stern though)...something like listening to tv on the radio if that makes sense...or even a talk show format like Ellen, Martha, Oprah, etc. Any suggestions?

bbc radio 1 - new music throughout the day - as for djs with a good sense of humour chris moyles 6:30am-10am and scott mills 4pm-7pm
