  1. I agree...the mall! either that or the little "mini" parks as I call them  around the shopping/business areas of downtown d.c


  2. THE DOWNTOWN MALL!

    There is no better place in DC. Its a beautiful area (right between the Capitol and the Washington Monument) and there are a TON of people who walk, bike, jog, etc., through it every day.
