Good party activities for 15 and under kids?

I'm not sure if you mean the ages are 15 and under, or there are 15 and under, but here are some ideas.

You can set out an ice cream bar for them.  Go to the dollar store and get those tall plastic sundae glasses, then get chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry ice cream with some toppings.  Sprinkles, whipped cream, cherries, chocolate syrup, etc. and have the kids make their own sundaes.

You can also get some cardboard popcorn holders and microwave popcorn and those big boxes of movie candy, and the kids can pick out some movies and have their own buckets of popcorn and pass around the candy.

You can have a taco bar with all the toppings and have the kids make their own toppings.  You can do pizza, etc. Whatever are the kids favorites.
