ok well im going to start my first year of high school next year and i want to get a future in mind. i always wanted to be like an owner of a very good business. i need to know some good paying jobs and the requirements to get there. by good paying i mean like 80k and above. it needs to have benefits. like my dad works for the city and they pay for all his hospital bills and stuff like that. he makes around 55k a year. i need a good paying job with benefits. tell me the requirements and how many years to get paid that salary.

  1. being the owner of a business can get pretty hard because your have so much responsibilities. You will have to work long hours (as with most jobs) and take care of EVERYTHING related to the business, because you're the owner and no one else is going to care about the success of your business but you. Also, as the owner of a business, you wont have any benefits whatsoever; you will have to pay for your own insurance and you might be granting benefits to your employees.

If you're interested in sciences, I would recommend becoming a doctor. they make good money and while they can make tons of money by themselves in an office, they can get around the same amount of cash and get benefits if theyre working at a hospital.

    To become a doctor:

4 Years of High School - Earn your diploma

4 years of College - Earn Your Bachelors Degree

4 Years in Medical School - Earn your MD or DO

3-5 Years of Residency (depends on what specialty you do)

If youre a math type of person, maybe become an engineer? I think accountants make good money too.

Its good that you're thinking early so that you can take advantage of highschool and develop good work ethic and join classes and groups that relate to what you want to do in your life.
