Good place in Spain where a retired US couple could live and enjoy with an average income.?

Question

Big country, Spain, looking for a nice quiet, safe place to live there. Retired, average set income, good health but would require to get some type of health insurance or like.

I have visited Sevilla this past January and it was gorgeous!!! You will enjoy the riverwalk, cathedrals, shops and charming neighborhoods. The weather was quite mild with many sunny days. We also were able to visit the Atlantic coast via car and many costal cities are available by train. Their train station and airport are great and the people are so very kind.

You can move to the Canary Islands. It´s quiet, safe and less cold than the rest of Spain. There is a great health system, like in all Spain. All you have to do is join to the Social Security, and it´s free. Tenerife is cool.
