Good place to buy another cell phone?

Question

Okay, so I really want a new cell phone, but it's not time for an upgrade.

I know that when you go to any cell phone place, the people will always try to sell you a new plan, or rip you off as much as possible.

Does anyone know a place that doesn't do this?

It can be on line, or in store.

By the way my cell phone company is AT&T, and my current phone is a Nokia.

U can always buy it straight from AT&T, they sell u new plans because u get a discount on the phone if u agree on a 1 or 2 year contract but you have the option on just upgrading ur phone without getting a new plan but u will have to pay the full price for the phone. You might wanna try MetroPCS.com I hear they got good deals.
