Good place to buyboxing bag?

Question

i want to buy a boxing bag were is the cheapest place to buy

i just need somthing to hit i am going to try out for team or anything but is it ok if i bu one? i mean like i am 13 just trying to find somthing to past the time w/ while watching t.v

and can it hang from my room ceiling?

you will find one at pretty much any sports store. You should be able to get a 70# bag, wrap, gloves, and the mounting bracket for $60 or so. There is no way though, that you can hang it in your room. You'd have to hang it in the garage or basement or something. They do make free standing bags that have a heavy base, or you can get a normal hanging bag that just hangs from a metal frame.

Sorry dude, you can't hang a bag in your room unless your room is in the basement and you either have an exposed beam or your floor joists are exposed.  You'll have to buy a free standing bag that has a base you can fill with sand.  Check out www.ringside.com and www.titleboxing.com for ideas.  You can probably find some at your local sporting goods store.
