If you want a good view, try The Old Spaghetti Factory on the river. It's amazing at night. And even though there are casually dressed people there, it's a nice place.

The Melting Pot is a nice place too, but they're likely to rip you off on price. They give you a special "prom menu" with less choices and higher prices. they don't have a view either. The good part though is that it's classy, the food and service is amazing.
