Good places for a plastic surgery practice?

what are good cities in the US to start a plastic surgery practice? i want to start a plastic surgery practice when i grow up so i was just wondering what your opinion was on good places to start a practice. like i want to know places where the average person's income is either in upper or high middle class so that i will have more business. please help me....

Los Angeles. Miami. New York.  Or if you found a good mid-western town you could probably do well since there aren't a lot of plastic surgery offices there.
