Good places for my budgie?

To get his nails clipped ? and also a place where i can take him for his annuaul check ups. ( in Vancouver B.C)

I am not familiar with that beautiful city, Vancouver, Canada. I would say to begin with ...check with a local pet store where they sell birds. Perhaps they can recommend you a good vet (that specializes in avian medicine (Birds)).   I bring my parrot (Double yellow head amazon) to the avian pet shop to have its toe nails clipped and its wings' feathers clipped too. They charge me $5.00 US Dollars. And once a year I take it to the local vet for a checkup.  So far so good.

You can get his nails clipped at pretty much any pet store, it costs about $5 but call ahead first.  A lot of pet stores prefer that so they can make sure that someone who has a lot of experience clipping can be there when you go.
