  1. Check out Jack Astors on Front Street at University Ave. in Toronto.

Lots of great food, great service and warm atmosphere!

  2. Salad King!  335 Yonge

Sounds like a salad bar or something, but it's actually a Thai restaurant.  The dining setting was designed by a student from Ryerson University.

All their dishes allow you to select your heat level - mild to 20 chilies!

Great place to hang, very modern, and pretty cheap too!

  3. im not sure but there an awsome noodles resturant in hamlation

  4. I used to live in T.O. , when I was younger, and the two restaurants we used to love were

The Organ Grinder ( somewhere downtown) and the other one was near Thornhill, there was a mall, can't remember the name... I think it started with a P ... maybe the Promenade? Anyways, the second restaurant was in there, I think it was called The Daily Planet.

  5. Depends on what you are looking for... some of my frequent haunts are:

Japanese - Prince Sushi ( Courtney Park and Hwy 10)

Haka Style Chinese (Hot food) - Bombay Chopsticks ( Hwy 10 North of 403) in Sandelwood Mall near the Kelseys

French / Seafood Barbizon - 30 Eglinton Avenue West (little expensive but good for a romantic date

Bloor West village between Jane and Runnymede has a varitiey of bars and restaurants expecially on the South side of Bloor. (pubs, fine dining etc.)

Italian - Rocco's Plum Tomato  (its a franchise but we tend to go to the one on Islington Ave south of Bloor on the West side.

There are many others but without knowing what you consider a good time ???

(other possibles have you gone to Vaughan Mills to Lucky Strike lanes or to Dave and Busters at 400 and 7 ???)
