Good pop or r&b And rock songs?

I actually dont know that many pop songs, Im more of a rocker. So dont feel like you only have to say new ones. I like that song Energy by Keri Hilson and Bleeding love by Leona lewis, I want to know a few more pop songs that are similar or that you think I might like? As for the rock, Im lookin for brand new songs I may have not heard of yet. Tryin to make a new cd.
