Okay, call the person and freak out saying, Philidelphia or some city has been nuked by the North Koreans. Just be like, he bro it happened like five minutes ago. They'll believe it and if you want to be even more messed up ask them if they have a relative that lives there.

Second, bring up a list of nick names of drugs and pretend to be a dealer lol. just be like, 'hey you want a hook up?' they'l prob be like wat? and you just start naming stuff. it's great they eventually hangup though. =D

The best prank call ideas are the original ones.  I've executed some of the funniest prank calls in the past.

Have you ever heard of a spoof calling card?  Basically a spoof calling card allows you fake the number displayed on the caller ID screen of the people you call.  You can even disguise your voice to sound like a man or woman and record your call.

This method works from cellphones, land line phones, and payphones.  The possibilities are endless.

I've heard of parents that have kids who are experimenting with drugs using a spoof calling card to make their kids think that the local police are calling in an attempt to stop them from doing drugs.

It's a good thing i saw this question. My friends and I always do prank calls.

Go like this, "Hey, hot stuff... I heard your hot... Hot like chili powder!"

And he would usually go, "Um, who's this?"

And you could say, "I'm (the name of your choice). Wanna go out on a date? I'm bi." and you should just elaborate further with your own ideas.

when a telemarketer calls pretend to be a cop at your own murder scene. claim to trace the call and really give teh guy a good scare.  then for kicks ask if the he was the murdered (you) g*y lover stan or something of the sorts
