Good pranks to play?

We start school the day after tomorrow. My cousins are up visiting. My brother and my boy cousin are both 11 and they always try to scare me and my other cousin. We want to play a really good prank on them to scare them. We are willing to do anything that won't cause serious pain and can also buy things from the store. Thanks.

Saran wrap the toilet, then make them lemonade or something and make them really really have to pee. Then listen for the best of screams as it splatters all over them.

load some1's drink (I find milk works best) up with lots of salt! It tastes disgusting and sour/hot/strong saltyness. But its harmless. I did it to my brother :)
