Good pre-med program?

I'm going to be applying to college really soon, and I have a list of colleges in mind, but I was wondering what colleges really have a good pre-med program. Obviously, Ivy-Leagues have amazing pre-med programs, but I don't think I have what it takes to get into them.

Basically, I'm looking for a school that has a semi-decent ranking (to make my parents happy -o-;) and a good pre-med program to prepare me for medical school. Does anyone know of such a school?

Apply to the Lyman Briggs College at Michigan State University.  I was pre-med for half a minute, and the courses, staff, and facilities were far superior than anything I had seen prior.
