Good price for a dollhouse?

I bought one of those large dollhouses, the 5 foot 3 story ones, for $17. It also came with a few pieces of Barbie furniture. Was this a good price? It has sticks all of the walls, and a couple of drink stains on the floors, but other than that its good. Was this a good price?
