Good price for a hd lcd tv?

i just got a ps3 and i'm looking for a tv between 27-32 inches, 720 p, and i'm looking to spend between 300-500 dollars....anyone know of a website? refurbished is not a problem....i really want to be able to get a good brand...even thought it looks like a reach for my price range.....any help would be appriciated
