Good prices on wedding gowns in st. louis?

ok so at my school (all girls private/catholic) we graduate wearing white wedding dresses. they are usually a bit simpler than most wedding dresses though. the rules are it has to have one inch straps, can't fall below the bra line in the back, must be full length, so excessive beading, and must be a pure white (like a sheet of typing paper). anyway does anybody know of a place in st. louis where i could find a dress that's simple but elegant and not too pricey?

I would lean towards a white bridesmaid's gown.  Mary's Bridal, Eden Bridals and Alfred Angelo all sell their bridesmaids gowns in white.

Destination wedding gowns also tend to be simpler and would fit with those rules, but they might be more expensive than a white bridesmaid dress.

Also, keep in mind that adding straps is very easy, so you can still select a strapless gown.
