Good program for teens to learn french in paris?

I'm looking for a good program that offers french classes in the morning, optional excursions in the afternoon, preferably at least two meals included, and a lot of freedom in the evening to do or go wherever. The program needs to be for high school students (young)

my advice is that you should contact associations of student exchanges. Many French town are "coupled" with US or GB cities and exchanges can be made this way.
